Just wishing you guys a merry christmas!

Just started renting a new place back at home, with two mates. For once i have a place with actual room where i can buy actual furniture! So thats kind of sweet.

Got a bunch of kitchen stuff for the new hose for christmas, gone are the days of getting lots of good fun stuff for christmas, now into the years of practical christmas presents, oh well at least this stuff will last me forever.

Anyway ill only have internet at work for a few weeks when i get back from visiting the family, but ill probably have some more art in the works .

Hope everyone is having as good a christmas as i am .

So today was the final day of college forever. I still haven't gotten my results back but I'm fairly sure that I passed everything. So apparently I'm an educated man now .

I start work at Halfbrick studios on Monday at 9 am. Pretty exited, though it would have been nice to have a little bit of a break in between college and working but you know how it is with money and all that .

This also means I'm going to be able to use my free time for actual personal work, so expect a lot of new polished work in the next year.

I just want to say thanks to all the guys that watch me, it really helps getting a lot of good feedback and comments. You guys rock.

I start full time in a few weeks.

They mostly do handheld games, but its an awesome place to work at, and the projects have a short turn around time meaning there is alot of variety to the work. Also i get to do some pixel art, which is indeed a rarety nowadays.

Is it just me or is everything exept the last 4 pieces I've submitted opposite in order, so drawings i did when i was 13 are on my front gallery page.

I'm about to graduate college, and all through college I've entertained the idea of doing this.

In short I want to see how much popularity I can get here in a few short months, with only art, no fav whoring and no spamming my art around either.
Instead I plan to be making art that appeals to a larger audience. Imo most of what i have submitted here is pretty crappy.
This isn't just a cheap ploy for attention, its more a test to see if i can do it.

So here is my challenge to myself:
50,000 by February 2010.

I have no idea if i can hit this target as hell that's 4 times the page views ive gotten since 2003, but I'm sure as hell going to give it my all.... just got to graduate from uni first .
Oh and this journal will be the only mention of my attempt, i don't want it to be because I've made this a challenge that people view my page.
